Web Design Brief

I need a UI for a system that will enable the customers to login and add them self to a waiting list, call the waiter, order the bill, check the waiting, make an order, remove them self from the list. also, I will have a page that will be displayed at the restaurant that show the waiting list. it will have a list of the customers with these info:
- customer arrived in the restaurant or still not arrived (simple)
-time since customer added to the list
-time since customer contacted to be seated
-customer name
-customer cell (simple)

all of them should be responsive so if I open them using mobile the design should fit the screen. However the one for the tv should not be responsive.
