Brochure Design Brief

We are a start-up training and staffing company called Obtain Consulting. We assist people in getting work in the Financial Industry.
We need a brochure for our new "Student Passport Program".
We've put together a mock up of what we are looking for but we need someone to put a more professional touch on it, see "Creative Brief" attached obviously the pictures are just examples to give an idea.
The 4 slides will be printed with each slide being 3.5 x 5 inches gloss brochure.
We want the front page to have the picture shown or very similar.
The middle of the brochure should look like the center-fold of a passport slide 2 should be the left page of a passport and slide 3 would be the right side of a passport and have an approved symbol
Slide 3 should have an integrated picture of the Leadenhall Building
The back should look like the back of a passport and contain our logo, attached.
