We're re-branding and creating a new logo and new website. The current website is www.StudentLeasingServices.com. Totally ignore the current logo.
We're a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company with one mission: lease large houses to groups of college students.
Our homes are 3 or 4 bedrooms and are occupied by between 6 to 10 students.
We want our logo (and then our website) to appeal to the following audiences:
- Owners/Investors who are interested in having us rent their homes to students. They can make a real profit off this.
- Groups of students. Typically these groups come to us already formed (we don't help them find roommates) and DESPERATE for housing. There isn't much availability in the area we work.
- Universities. Schools want to know that we're professional and will take good care of their students.

Requirements
Must have
- We want the logo to cause viewers to have the following feelings:
- "This is very professional"
- "I can trust these guys"
- "My [home/student] will be safe with these guys"
Nice to have
- We're open to NEW LOGO TEXT. The "living off campus made easy" is fine, but if you have a better idea, go for it.
