Graphic Design Brief

I need a banner to use at the top of my monthly real estate newsletter. The newsletter is titled "The Real Estate Rant" and is a light hearted newsletter using just a little bit of humor to convey real estate information. I am looking for a cartoon drawing of myself wearing a suit, yelling in to a bull horn at a house. It would be great if the cartoon could also include a palm tree and a beach (but not 100% necessary). I would like the cartoon to be in the style of the logo for the Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew podcast, which is attached. I have also attached my business card photo and a pdf copy of the newsletter. The new banner will replace what is currently at the top of the newsletter. Here is a quick list which summarizes all that I am looking for...

*A banner which reads "The Real Estate Rant"
*On the banner, a cartoon drawing of my self wearing a suit (same as my biz card photo) yelling in to a bullhorn at a house.
*If possible, incorporate a palm tree and beach/sand in to the banner (to represent Hawaii)

Target Market(s)

Anyone in my database. These people include friends, past clients, and online leads who I have added to my database. The newsletter currently gets sent to 500 people.
