Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo redesign for the 2015 Temecula Half Marathon. I want the logo to be sleek and modern looking mainly a font logo with a small creative icon. Something not obvious but fun. The event is at a winery and wine is the main theme of the event. I am also looking for someone to do freelance projects for me moving forward if we work well together!

I want it to be different than the current logo - I might be into a retro look - can someone play around with creating a letter mark of THM using Monoton font?

Requirements

Must have

• My project must have the logo text, also be something I can edit so that there are different versions that could include the year (editable), must be able to be printed in bw also, must also be able to be modular so that it could fit into a square, rectangle, etc

Nice to have

• Nice to have something cute and fun as an icon - happy/cute and upbeat looking but not cheesy - wine, heart, grapes

Should not have

• Should NOT have an icon of a runner silhouettes
