Brochure Design Brief

I am looking to get a home inspection pamphlet designed which incorporates my logo and my company's colours. I have the logo and the text for the pamphlet already. The pamphlet needs to be eye catching since home inspection companies are a dime a dozen. The pamphlet also needs to be integrated with how our company card looks which I have attached for your reference.

This will be a tri-fold brochure.

At Trinity Home Inspection we offer 4 different types of home inspection services.

- Pre-purchase inspection: For new home buyers
- Pre-listing inspection: Selling of the house
- Maintenance Inspection: For home owners wanting a report on what to maintain
- Mold inspection (this is not on the website right now but will be soon)

Colours: Our company colors are black and green (cmyk value: 100,0,86,3)

What I like to see:

The final design should communicate A professional home inspection company with experienced home inspectors which will give you the peace of mind of getting a home inspection done. Target market is home owners and potential home owners looking for a home inspection company which will do a thorough job of finding all the issues associated with home inspection.

Cover: Company logo with company colours incorporated. Vector lines can be used to make it appealing. Clever wording running on the side of the cover which says "Is your home inspected?" The idea of this text is to catch people's attention right away so the text has to be big enough so that people see the logo, name of the company and right to the text. Text of the cover and inside pages can be in white. The green can be incorporated via vector lines or borders. Below on the cover I would like to see the 2 certifications we have. Logos of certification are provided.
