Logo Design Brief

We're looking to change our current logo to something more feminine to better suit the brands we carry, such as Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, and UGG. I would suggest, using light greens, bright pinks, and blues to keep it super preppy, but I'm more than open to your suggestions. I'm also looking to switching out the paddle for a plover (bird). I couldn't find a decent plover - perhaps you can.
