I am interested in working on your project, however, there are few points I'd like to discuss:
1. Are you expecting a narration with the video?
2. There is no actual brief for the video line, only the points you've provided. You don't have a visual script. It needs work.
3. Your budget is too tight for this kind of project.

Please note that in case you need a narration it also requires to find a narrator, record him/her in a specialized studio (that charges per hour) plus the work of the animator, which is me.

Since there is 4 days left and the project details are a little thin, would it be alright to submit a storyboard and a few still images to give a sense of the look and style?

Incidentally, the slide deck provided had no copy/narration in it... was this intentional?

Sorry we have had a hold up with the narration. My appologies if you can work with the timings of the PPT I have upoaded the script for the narration is in the speaker note section of the document. I am hoping to have narration by tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.
