Illustration Design Project for Our Wedding

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their illustration design

About Us: Chris (he is Australian) and Laura (she is American and has lived in Australia almost 2 years). We met in Australia, and a first wedding for both. Wedding Date: 02 October 2013 Wedding Colors: Purple and White, Frangipani flowers.

It will be a beach destination wedding and we are going to have passport style invitations. We are looking for something that incorporates AUS and USA and beach and fits nicely where the seal would be on a passport. Ideas bounced around the house: a kangaroo and eagle kissing under a palm tree (see why we need help?), incorporating the AUS seal and USA seal from passports (too serious), using a green palm tree or purple flip flop, etc. The passport cover will be dark purple and then we will also use on white RSVP "boarding cards" as well as on website, wedding favours, programs, etc. Since the logo will be used for a variety of printed items, it needs to really stand on its own yet be easily incorporated with various design elements.
