Consulting Group Needs a Graphic Design

This is what Gardener Parenting Consultants, LLC was looking for in their graphic design

We have created a unique, cyclical process to describe our company's philosophy on parenting to our clients. It is provided in the attached file. At the center of the graphic design, which includes all written words on the page, is an image of a gardener that we really like. We found it through a clipart service, but we are not able to trademark it as our own. We would like to create a similar image which includes the female gardener tending the garden, with a trowel in her hand and a watering can at her side.
