Indie Author needs Book Cover Art for Spicy contemporary romantic suspense

I am in need of cover character illustration art for a contemporary romantic suspense novel. The cover should show a rugged, muscular (built by daily ranch work, not a gym), handsome and smoldering man from the hip/low waist up. He is early thirties, dark short hair with dark eyes. He is wearing jeans, dark short sleeve t-shirt. Painted illustration style, brush work would be reminiscent of an oil painting. Like Norman Rockwell and Haddon Sundblom but the outcome is a blend of Vintage Hollywood, pulp art, and pinup illustration. The end result of the image should be a “thirst trap”. Sensual in an understated way. The ratio should be 2:3 portrait orientation. I have uploaded inspirational photos that capture the feel that I am looking for.
