This is what Portland Vancouver Junction Railroad was looking for in their graphic design
I'm going to add some more information here, as the designs received so far, while appreciated, haven't quite captured what I'm looking for - my fault not theirs. You can see different PDF's of about the same area. There is one with lots of extra red lines running everywhere. That PDF is the Clark County Stormwater system - on paper! The problem is, their system in reality was a fraud. What we're trying to do is to create a visual image to demonstrate how the system really operates. The two red lines on their website, that run parallel north and south are actually supposed to be ditches. These two ditches are on either side of a railroad track. The water is flooding the area including running over the top of the railroad tracks. You can also see where my employee Nate added different water discharges into the west ditch.
