Buona/Rainbow Cone Career Path

This is what The Buona Companies was looking for in their graphic design

Looking for a career path piece that illustrates the growth opportunities & earning potential for restaurant team members. "Learn More, Earn More" is a slogan we've used in the past for this sort of thing, but I'm open to other concepts. Here are the pathways that I'd like to visualize:

1) Team Member
2) Assistant Manager
3) Restaurant Manager
4) Assistant General Manager
5) General Manager
6) Area Business Leader
7) Director of Operations
8) Vice President of Operations

I'd like to have offshoots of the path to show alternative pathways for:

*Restaurant Support Center (this could branch off from Team Member or Assistant Manager, illustrating the path from restaurants to the corporate office). On the Restaurant Support Center pathway, the growth progression would be:
