We have pulled high-level summary information from a Boomer Report, and compiled what we care about into the attached document. We would like you to take the information in the document and create a visual sheet, flyer, or slide deck (option to best layout based on info and creative vision). This should be LTC branded (logo attached) and should reflect design elements and vibes that you see on (ltcreit.com).
