Retro Arizona Desert Theme design with horse(s)

I am looking for a design using our company logo with an Arizona Desert Theme that must include a horse. Looking for a retro boho 80s rock band type design that is gender neutral. The design will be for a banner and t-shirt for a sponsored event and I would like to use it for other things in the future things as well. The t-shirt is for an elementary school sponsored event but I want everyone to be able to wear it after and you wouldn’t know it was for a school sponsored event. I have attached our logo. I would like to keep the design similar with line on top and on bottom but am open to font changes or incorporating into the logo into the design some way.
