Design engagement panel for employees

This is what VOXARA was looking for in their graphic design

We are an international digital agency retained to build an employee engagement platform.

In this contest you will design an engagement panel, where employees can see their progress and the points, ribbons, and badges they earned, along with a leaderboard showing everyone's points ranking.

The panel will slide out on their website, and we will also print it to post in person.

At the top we should see the users name and avatar with a purple ring #4b286d.
Under that show "Changemaker level 4"
Under that show the total points they earned , use 4,321 as sample value.

Then show the "Campaign Ribbons" sections with ribbons they earned. Ribbons will be of your design see examples. All ribbons same color of your choice from their palate. Ribbons will have hashtag text inside like "#SPECTRUM". Ribbons they did not earn are grey, Ribbons they earned are color. List of all ribbons attached.
