Folder and Swag Design for Law Firm

This is what Viles & Beckman, LLC was looking for in their graphic design

We are a personal injury law firm designing new client materials for folders and other swag that will go to clients once they retain us. Rather than just being white on green, or green on white, we'd like a design to put on the items. One idea that we had was a wave that included our slogan of "Our family protecting yours" that can wrap around a folder, or a tumbler but we are open to other ideas. I've attached a sketch of the wave design and our logo.

The final design should communicate a family protective feel.
