Re-design a Career Guidance Report

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their graphic design

We are a start up that provides an online career guidance service. We have an existing standard Career Guidance report that needs to be re-designed, keeping in mind that its target audience will be individuals aged between 16-25. The report would also need to appeal to their parents, schools and universities.

We are hoping to get a design that is fresh and appealing to youngsters, but at the same time is professional, because we have to pitch it to schools, universities and parents.
