This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their graphic design

We require a collection of designs that can be edited and customised in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign so that they can be personalised for our customers.

The designs can be of anything, but must include a child's name, date of birth, or location of birth (basically any personal identifier) or a combination of the above.
