Men of prayer are men of great grace.

? Abraham- the man of prayer. His rule is to stand before the lord. God talked with him and he became the friend of God and father of the faithful.
? Moses was with God in prayer & fasting for forty days & nights. His mission was the product of prayer. His prayer affected God to change a course of action. He was transfigured in the place of prayer. God answered all his prayers specifically but one.
? Elijah prayed and became an embodiment of prayer in his time. He touched nothing but by prayer. He prevailed mightily in prayer with God and nature was subject to him.
