Roadmap Flyer For The Building Process

This is what a business in New Zealand was looking for in their flyer design

We are looking for a flyer that can be printed in A3 to help guide landowners through the build process. Please see the attached example 'chatgpt roadmap' which needs some visual improvements.

Also attached is the text 'build better build roadmap' to include in the winning roadmap flyer design - to save time the initial submitted flyer design does not have to include all text.
