Flyer Promoting Dental Benefit Program

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their flyer design

I want to promote a dental benefit program to my patients that do not have dental insurance. This flyer would be posted in our waiting room and where people make payments. The goal would be to get those interested to request more information and enroll in the program. I have a card that will be issued that has a logo. Theflyer and card should feel congruent. I've uploaded a file with a copy of that card.

The plan costs $290/person. It includes 2 cleanings, exams, and x-rays. It also includes a 20% discount off of our standard fees. The plan or membership lasts for one year. It is only available to those without insurance. It is also important to let people know that this is not insurance (some kind of a disclaimer). Read more
