I believe the best solutions come from Post-it note brainstorming sessions, dirt-smudged sketchbooks, and piles of disposable cameras that focus on the journey rather than the destination. I have come to realize that the best products, experiences, and environments don't come from any mythical "design guru." Rather, it is through inter-disciplinary collaboration that utilizes co-creation and participatory empathy that creates truly innovated solutions. In short, I want to work WITH people rather than FOR people. hide
