My path towards Graphic Design started with the basic Creative Suites classes in high school, and continued into a Graphic Design major in college. I've found through the past few years that helping supply the visual aspect for a speaker, or helping create a printed piece that represents a company is very rewarding. As I try to draw experience in multiple areas, I find myself always being drawn back into design. I've recently grown to value branding in a company, whether it is the general company look, the look and feel of a conference, or a specific event. Visual arts needs to equally match the level of a company in order to help sell and retain customers. Although design can be in creating an image from nothing, I also have experience in photography. I love seeing someone's world through a small camera lens, and being able to capture a mood in a specific moment to hold as a memory. Combining this experience with Photoshop clearly creates yet another avenue of creativity. When I'm not designing, you'll find me playing electric guitar or bass in a band with friends. hide
