I have won several awards for my illustration work, and I am a 9 year member of the Society of Children's Book Writer's & Illustrator's . My illustration style has been said to be whimsical, creative, realistic and uplifting. I pay great attention to detail and prefer realism, but I am also quite capable of creating simple cartoon-like illustration if the job requires it. My communication skills are second to none, as I am available to my clients every day of the week, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, through e-mails, phone or Skype. I communicate continually through each step of the project, reporting on my progress regularly. Armed with a legal background, I will provide you a comprehensive, mutually beneficial contract that protects both our interests. Previous clients have found my business practices to be not only very efficient, but highly impressive.  For clients with long term Picture Book projects, I am willing to create a 4-month payment plan option, with an initial down payment due at signing (which covers the layout and design).   I am capable of creating illustrations in most any size, resolution, or format that your printer requires. The majority of my illustrations are hand drawn and colored, using a Wacom "Intuos 4" digital tablet and pen. The program/application I use is Adobe Photoshop. I am also quiet capable if using traditional methods, such as prismacolor pencil, ink, watercolor, and acrylics. I can easily provide client references upon your request. hide
