He has an elegant and sophisticated stroke, made by simple lines, avoiding excesses. Pitel was influenced by masters as J. Carlos, Saul Bass and Cássio Loredano. During his path, he illustrated texts and special editions for magazines as Vogue, Casa Vodue, RG, Simples, Joyce Pascowitch and Wish. Pitel’s work can be seen in books as Desvio de Equilibro, by Carlos Kiffer; Troca de Pele, by Teresa Yamashita, História Íntima de Leitura Fabiana Turci (org) and Os Médicos e os Planos de Saúde, by CREMESP. In 2010, he was invited by Instituto Europeo di Desing to teach illustration classes. hide
