Cartoon Characters Needed for Fence Company

This is what Fence Pros Direct was looking for in their character design

I am looking for someone to cartoon the three men that I have in the attached photo. The work for a fence company. I'd like the three of them to be in Fence Pros Direct Gear. One in front (the bigger guy on the right) and two slightly behind him to the left and the right. I'd like them to have a similar build to how they are in the photo, only stronger.

Id like the guy in front to be pointing at the camera, the guy on the left to have a level over his shoulder and the guy on the right to have post hole diggers over his shoulder.
