Bounce Past DVD Cover

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their CD cover design

I need a DVD Cover for my Feature Film Bounce Past. It would be great to have something simple to print on the DVD as well.

I'm open to ideas, but I do tend to favor classic, slick looking designs.

I can pull more stills from the film, but I'm not sure they would be good enough quality.

Logos: [attached] I like the black and white one better for the DVD, I think. We may need to rebuild it, thought to get it big enough. This is the biggest I have.
