The Sands of Ahura CD Cover

This is what The Sands of Ahura was looking for in their CD cover design

The Sands of Ahura is releasing their single from their upcoming EP. The track is titled "The Ties That Bind Us" and is a song about a king, who through the majority of the song is berating someone under them who was once close. The song then transitions from the perspective of the king to the one being scorned, who starts off begging for their life and for forgiveness. The song again changes, but the scorned person has now become angry and empowered and goes back at the king taking control. The song is heavy, dark and angry throughout and I am looking for artwork that will represent that outlook. Ideas we have run through were that of a king towering over a follower, a tattered castle in the background, as well as the reverse, the king being overtaken by his subject. We have also thought of a scenario similar to Caesar and Brutus, with the king unsuspecting of the treacherous minion. Read more
