New, Schools ERP system needs a Brochure to go to the market

This is what Global Information Services de Mexico was looking for in their brochure design

We are an IT company based in México City, over the past 3 years we have developed a solution for managing schools, finances, payments, and other administrative issues. Our model is Software as a Service, we re going to start a sales effort and we need a brochure for the sales people to leave it with the customer. The brochure is of the most importance since it will allow us to close the deal.
We would like a clean design, elegant and functional, the name of the system is control-e and we use colors like blue and green.
