Home builder needs an eyecatching brochure to generate more leads

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their brochure design

We need an A5 bifold brochure (4 pages) designed using our professional images of our projects. We would like to see a good use of colour that works with our brand colours (as used in our logo) and that makes the images really stand out. We will need to include some text and want the overall feel of the brochure to be informative and visually appealing. Our biggest element we need to convey to prospective clients is trust.
We will use these brochures in a holder on our site signage (at the front of current building projects) to generate interest in the immediate area, and also to give to prospective clients at our first consultation. I can supply an image of the site sign we will be adhering the brochure holder to.
I have included some copy which can be used, but it doesnt all need to be included in the brochure. Also I have uploaded 6 images but they dont all need to be used. I feel larger images will have more impact so that may mean not using them all. Read more
