Remarketing Ads for online Recruitment Business

This is what Fruit at Work Pty Ltd was looking for in their banner ad design

We need a set of banner ads for Google Remarketing campaigns for our web business www.recruitloop.com.au . The current banners are simplistic and are not working very well for us.

We specifically require:

First priorites:
250 x 250 Square
200 x 200 Small square
300 x 250 Inline rectangle
728 x 90 Leaderboard

Second priorities
468 x 60 Banner
336 x 280 Large rectangle
120 x 600 Skyscraper
160 x 600 Wide skyscraper

Formats: gif, jpg, png, swf (for Google). We would want PSDs to let us edit content.
