MNI API Banner & Tile

This is what MNI was looking for in their banner ad design

Create a banner for an email and also a square tile CTA for our website.

For square tile: to have "MNI API solutions for data feeds " at the top and "Click here for more information" at the bottom - writing should be in white.
In the middle to have below pic with following colour scheme:

Dark blue background : HEX: #100c64
light blue arrows : HEX: #b8ccf4
white symbols/icons
MNI API will appear in the circle in middle (white background + MNI Logo in MNI blue: R=27, G=27, B=165). Circle is light blue colour HEX: #b8ccf4

For Banner: Same as above tile but with narrower aspect ratio
